Day 99
So, Jordan and I have both been so busy we haven't gotten to hang out much this last week. I've become accustomed, over the last year, to coming home and killing a little time either cooking or working out and then hanging with Jordan after she got home from work. Lately I don't really wanna go home and sit around by myself.
So, today I decided to do a little pre-shopping. I get paid tomorrow and I want to buy a new swimsuit. I went to Target and found a few options but I think I'm going to check out another Target and see if they have some different options. I then decided to go to Ross. While I was at the beach this last weekend I wanted to wear a skirt or a dress to go play in but the only skirts and dresses I have are more dressy and meant for church, not play. I found three dresses. Two short ones and one long, totaling about $34 well the problem there is I only can afford $30, as that's all I have in my account. So I put the pink dress back, got a long purple dress for $8.99 and a short white and green dress for $12.99 and I will probably go back and get another dress tomorrow after I get paid. I also found a really FABULOUS red dress that I think would look amazing on me, it was $27 but well worth it from the looks of it. Another thing I looked at was shoes. I need some cute fun summery shoes, they didn't have any that were my taste. My summery shoes are all high heels, I want to get something clunky or flat but not just plain old flip flops. AHHHH the trouble with being such a girly girl.
When I got home I tried on my dresses and pranced around my room and bathroom checking them out from all angles. It was silly but oh so much fun. I also spent a little online money on a tank top and a dress today. My sister, about two years ago, got me to join a members only website where they sell Designer items at discounted prices. I was very excited but never found anything I loved that was at a cheap enough price for me. Well I got an email from them about today's listings and I checked them out and found a dress, a skirt, and a tank top that I loved. The total was more than I wanted to spend and the skirt was the most expensive item so I took that one off but I did get the dress and tank. I'm very excited to get these purchases in the mail!!! They make me very happy :-)
