Day 100

Friday's at work are always tough days...it seems as though no one wants to come to work on a Friday so they all stay at home or go home early. In any case the office is pretty empty. The quietness would be a wonderful thing if it weren't for the fact that the work is far less making all the quiet pound in on your brain and making me feel uber sleepy. I can't get past how much I'd rather be at home asleep in my bed until noon on a slow crappy Friday.

At lunch I took a walk down to Cafe Carolina to buy a sandwich. I got the same thing I got yesterday, it was so good! How could I resist? I walked slowly down to the restaurant waited on my food and then walked slowly back up to work...thoroughly enjoying the hot sun and the warm weather.

After work I picked up Emily to go shopping at Sam's Club. I got a few essentials that I would need for the Pink Ladies cookout tomorrow and I wanted her to come with me to check out some swimwear at Target. We tried on multiple suits and only found about one each that we absolutely loved. The only problem was, until I do a funds transfer in my bank account I only had $19 and the suit was $21 with tax. So I told the guy I'd be back for it tomorrow! lol. Then I dropped Em off and spent the evening lounging around waiting for my phone call from my hunny. I can't honestly say that after work was any better than at work but at least I was home and not trapped in my stuffy mildew smelling office. :-)
