Finished Product
I talked about the blanket I was making in several blogs and said I have pictures. Well here it is! I am in love with it and I must say that if I hadn't bought the yarn with making a blanket for Nathan in mind, I'd have kept it for myself! I used Lion Brand Homespun yarn that was on sale at Michael's to make it and it is SO warm. The only problems I have with this blanket are the fuzzies. Because of the type of yarn I used, little fuzzy type things get in your mouth and stick to your clothes a little bit (mostly while making it but not as much when just covering up with it). I think when I have some extra money I'm gonna go pick out a pretty girly color and make myself one of these bad boys.

Yay for finishing! It looks like it was a fricking long project. LoL I generally start those types of projects and then give up half way through. So you really rock for gettin-it-done!
Looks like quite the feat! I don't think I'd have the patience for something like that. Anyway, looks like a beautiful blanket Ariel. Congrats.
Thanks ladies! It was way fun! And it took me only about a week to do but I worked on it EVERY day every second I had LOL :-) I think if I do it again I'm gonna have to slow down and take my time.
