Day 33
Oh what an adventure!
I went to work this morning and spent the day hopped up on my GNC BE-Hot Exercise Enhancing Turbopack vitamins...they gave me this serious energy boost like you would not believe! wow. So I powered through the day and still had all kinds of energy at the end of it. This is completely abnormal for me because my job sucks your soul and ambition out of your ears. On my way home I called my hunny to chat with him while I navigated the cram packed rush hour roads. I made a pit stop for gas and then pulled all the way up into the driveway. I figured it would be okay because since it was raining all day the ice would turn to mush and melt away so I wouldn't have any trouble pulling out later.
I got in the house and put some salmon in a sink full of water to thaw and began my workout. When Jordan got home I let her know that I was going to have to cook the dogs food for the next two days because I ran out and I don't get paid until Friday AND I'm down to $1.56. She offered to spot me and said we could run to the store when I finished working out. So afterwards I grabbed my purse and we went out to the car. I started the engine and switched into reverse....
And spun my tires.
My car was stuck in the drive. So as I sat there staring at the back yard I got a bright idea! I'll pull forward into the snowy back yard and then back up and turn myself around so I'm going forward into the driveway! AH HA! Brilliant!
.....Not so much.
Without giving you a complete blow by blow, I ended up calling my dad who called AAA and came over to have them haul my lovely two wheel drive SUV out of my back yard. It was great. My loving and kind and wonderful boyfriend asked me how it was possible that Darwin hadn't taken me out yet. That is a good question...I swear all the odd predicaments I get myself into it's a wonder I haven't been a Darwin Award Nominee.

Hahaha That's to stinking funny! Yesterday I couldn't get into my driveway at all. The uphill climb forbade me getting anywhere. So I had to park on the street which terrified me. Hahah there was a giant sheet of ice on the street and it's a downhill slop so I had nightmares all threw the night that it would slip away into the darkens... luckily those where only dreams.
