It's Gonna Be a Tight Month

It's the 7th of January and I'm down to $34. Yep that's all I have left to make it through this month. Christmas made me so broke. I got paid for the month of December a few days early and was able to use a bit of that money to finish my Christmas shopping. What I didn't realize was how much my Christmas shopping cut a big hole into my budget for the entire month of January. So, I have to try and find a way to make it until the 31st without running completely out of gas or food...everything else is kind of relative.

My goals are to 1- make a few large homemade dishes that will last at least 1 - 1 1/2 weeks each, that's lunch and dinner. Although I can usually count on my parents to feed me if I'm over there doing some work for dad. That's numero 2- Work off the bills I owe dad this month. (Cell phone, car insurance, and laptop). 3- Sell a few things off to make as much extra cash as I possibly can for gas. I have some clothes that I've been meaning to get rid of for ages that I'm going to try and hand over to a consignment store and see if I can't get something in return there. If anyone knows someone that is just dying to have their pictures done in this awesome cold weather, I'm available for that as well ;-)

Man, I hope I can survive this...I've had tight months but this is ridiculous!

Sure could use a big 'ol stack of this stuff!
