Day 5
Today my friend Emily emailed me a link to a website that has a healthy body calculator. It's pretty sweet you type in all your information and like most body calcs it tells you your BMI. But this site takes it one step further and tells you a meal breakdown. It does a little survey of what you eat and then whether you want to gain or lose and then it shows you a breakdown of how many calories per meal and what kinds of foods. I love it! It also has links to the kinds of foods that are in each category. So if it tells me to eat 2 servings of starch I can click on starch and it tells me what's in that category and how much a serving size is. I love it so much that I've decided that when I get paid this time I'm going to sit down and come up with meals before I go to the store and buy two weeks worth of meals instead of just food. YAY!
I also worked out today! It's my first day of my new get fit plan. I'm going to work out all week and then gradually slide into eating healthier. I plan to look way hot and be incredibly fit by the time I go to Hawaii in June.

Hehe- good luck. I usually start those and then lose interest a few weeks later. Maybe you have better discipline than me. ;-)
