Day 18

Monday Monday! Ahhh any time I have a Monday off work it is a truly funny thing. It feels like Sunday is Saturday and Monday is Sunday. It always throws me off. Anyway, slept in late again and got up in time to cook some stir fry veggies and grill some chicken pieces on the stove and have yummy tortillas. Nate and I didn't do much more than that today. He did his homework while I cooked in the kitchen, it felt so normal, then we ate and talked for a while before Nate decided he needed a short nap before heading home. So we snuggled up and took about an hour nap before he headed out. I always hate saying goodbye but sometimes it's easier than others. This time I said goodbye grabbed my laundry, Bones, and the yarn I'm using to crochet a baby blanket for my sister and had a seat in the living room to get down to business. I also grabbed some brochures from a box in my storage labeled home plans and such. I went to the Southern Ideal Home Show with my parents two years ago and kept some stuff. Our trip yesterday to the model homes got my excited about looking at that stuff all over again. And I think I'm going to take Nathan to the home show when it comes around in April this year...even if I'm not in any position to buy a home in the next 5+ years it's still so much fun to look at all the cool stuff and meet the vendors. Anyway, I got my laundry done and crocheted a few squares before bed. Shame I have to go to work again tomorrow! UGH!
