Day 15
I've spent most of my day pondering moving to Wilmington. I've stressed out so much about the long distance thing over the last month. My supervisor printed out a job at the NC Department of Environmental and Natural Resources that pays a little bit more than I make now, but is located in Wilmington. LOL, she told me I should apply and if I needed her to she'd be happy to have her husband (who works for DENR) deliver my application. That was really nice of her. And I've been searching craigslist and a few other rental sites and foud quite a few really nice houses to rent but they're too much for me to afford on my own. I'd need a roommate. The problem is I would love to drag Jordan with me but then she'd have to find a school to work at and then well there's the small matter of her not being interested in living at the beach.
Ah well, I can only dream. In the meantime I guess I'll just have to endure this year long lesson in patientce. *SIGH* Patientce is a virtue that I've never been able to obtain. UGH. I guess I'd better get on with learning it.
I guess I should add that on the plus side he is coming to visit this weekend, but not until Saturday morning. And Jordan and I have a photo session tomorrow as well. It should prove to be interesting. Our very first paid photo session, I'd be lying if I didn't admit how excited I am at the prospect.
