Dieter's Update: Week 4
I have an update...I do. It's just taken me a bit to get around to posting it for you all to read. My back is out again, I swear it's a never ending struggle and I hope that by losing this weight some day I will be immune to this pain in the butt, back, legs, and every other part that is affected by spinal crap. Anway to the results for this week:
I'm at 145.6 lbs today with a mere 12 days to go. I'm starting to think I will have to do another round to reach my goals, I'm cool with that but it will have to be next year because I'm not doing this through the Holidays...uh uh! No way no how! My total loss is: 20.4lbs in 32 days.
Measurements:
Waist: 34 (WHOA! Tiny! I'm so stoked!)
Hips: 39.5 (Seriously? This was a 42 when I started!)
Chest: 36 (I'm a teensy bit sad to see them go but DANG! I feel good!)
LArm: 11
RArm: 10.5
LThigh: 19
RThigh: 19.5
I'm not stressing over the lack of loss in my thighs and arms because while they're not fabulous they look better already than they did before and I plan to tone them into some seriously sexy muscles over the next few months. It's the upper 3 measurements that I'm glad are still on the move. I'm down to a size 10 now and hopefully will reach an 8 by the time I'm done with this round. I'm starting to notice my own losses now, my pants don't stay up so I've had to go down sizes and shirts fit better and when I look in the mirror I can see that my face is thinner and my body looks nicer to me. Whew! Bout time. I'm very excited to see where this ends.
