Dieter's Update: Week 3

Whew, what a loser, only one post last week. I'm gonna have to try better this next week. Anyway I'm down to 149.6. That's 16.4lbs lost and 20 more days to go before I'm done with the low calorie portion of this diet. My measurements this week are good. I think last week my measurements were off because I didn't do it first thing and I was wearing jeans and a t-shirt when I took them. I re-took them the next morning and they were different so I'm gonna post those as well and then what it's changed to this week :-)

I think it's hilarious that my measurements were sooo OFF last week but I re-did them the next day and all was normal. I also think it's funny that my left arm has actually gone up a half inch this week instead of down. I wanna think it has something to do with weights being lifted but there's no guarantee of that, it's cool I'm not horribly stressing over my arms, the waist and thighs are my biggest concern and I'm actually a bit happy with the loss in my chest because I've had awful back fat that seems to be fading! WOO!

Doing well overall! I can't really see the changes myself other than on the scale and in the measurements. But that's cool I love getting compliments like "Dang girl you look good! You loosing weight?" or "Wow you look like you've lost some weight, it looks good on you!" HEHE those kinds of comments will always make my day. I guess I'm wrong, I do see one change, when I look in the mirror I can tell my face looks thinner. But to me all the rest of it looks the same. Oh well...hopefully by the end and once I've toned it all up more I'll be able to look at myself and go, HECK YES! :-)
