Week 3

Monday I started week 3 of my workout. Here is the result:
I started at 168 a week ago and I'm down to 165 today. WOOHOO! YAY!

As for my measurements? I'm still not quite sure where I am, I don't have a tape measure and I really don't feel like doing the same thing I did last time...I used a piece of yarn to measure around then measured that on a yard stick. I'd much rather buy a tape measure and do it all at one time but I couldn't find one at the store so I've gotta go to a different store and get one. Anyway I'll update that whenever I find out. I should probably dig my starting measurements out of my workout tracker book thing and post them. I shall try to remember and update that tomorrow. I just have to remember to bring the book with me to work or actually get on the computer at home.

Anyway, I'm still loving this workout! I've got one more week after this week on the Burn Circuit and then I start the Push phase and hopefully my HCG Materials will be here by the end of this week so I can start that and get into a rhythm as far as figuring out how heavy I can go while using it. I've checked the couple of message boards that Kelley referred me to and quite a few people are still working out. Some have added to their amount of Protein eaten in a day *per Dr. recommendation* and are still seeing a loss and others just say they've gone down in intensity because the Very Low Calorie Diet makes you feel a bit more exhausted. But overall most people that are already proponents of working out agree that you should keep doing it because it keeps your muscles strong. So, onward and upward, or I guess in my weights case I should say downward haha...okay well I hope anyway.
