I'm Confused
We have all of these Relief Organizations for helping out other countries in a crisis, but do we have any that help our own country out? We're not immune to disaster, disease and pestilance. You find plenty of homeless people in every corner of the US, there's jobless folks out there that are just scraping by, there's mother's who's husbands have passed and need help keeping up their homes....
What are we doing to help the people in our own country? What are we doing to help people within our own State? Hell, what are we doing to help the people within our own Cities, Towns, and Communities? People band together constantly in an effot to feed, water, and better Foreign Countries but how often do you actually hear about people uniting as a group to help locally? I'm not saying we shouldn't pass along our somewhat abundant resources to other countries, but why isn't our government, our organizations, and ourselves trying to better our own home?
Think about that. Then, go out and Serve your own Community for a change.
