The Youth of Today
It is truely a sad world we live in where the youth of America only know such amazing artists as Nirvana, Boston, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Idol, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, ZZ Top, Kiss, AC/DC, Heart, Etc... because they play Rock Band.
Whatever happened to the fabulous music of the 70's, 80's and 90's? It was left behind when the year changed. I miss listening to good music that actually has chord changes and riffs, bands that play music where every song sounds different, and some good 'ol fashioned guitar solos.
I personally grew up on the sounds of the 50's... Oldies 100.7 to be exact... because that's what my mother grew up on. I was born in the late 80's so I didn't really even get in to the good stuff until I was in high school but at that time people still knew who the bands were without much thought. Now you have to tell people, you know... that songs that goes "red, blue, green, red, yellow, red and yellow, orange, green" oOOOh you mean White Wedding.. yeah that song. I swear even my own generation is lost... So... Let your education begin:
