Traffic Violations Part 3

It has been a while since I've had a new driving complaint to post. Today is THE day. Rain + Vehicles = Really Stupid Drivers.
I can't believe it has taken me THIS long to blog about this. When dumb people get behind the wheel and water begins to fall from the sky it's like the universe is coming together to piss me off. Traffic inevitably slows to a ridiculous crawl and people are even more annoying than usual.
My drive to work should take no more than 20 minutes...if I'm lucky it takes a little less...today I was not lucky. It took me a full 30 minutes to get from Knightdale to Cameron Village. A whole 10 EXTRA minutes. Why? Because people are idiots.
I mean people already have issues when you stick them behind the wheel but add H2O to the combination and you've got a deal breaker... they're like the monkeys at the beginning of "2001 A Space Odyssey"...or perhaps something more of you have seen, Zoolander:

It just drives me mad. I understand the thought process with the whole slowing down thing, I really do, but if you're going to drive that slowly why the heck can't you move into the far right lane? Get out of the left lanes...they are for FAST moving traffic. I thought it was common knowledge that the left side of the road was the fast lane. I was forced to pass some handicapped dude on the right via an on ramp today because he was driving so slow, granted he had every right to he was in the slow lane but everyone in the fast lanes was driving slower than this dude. It just irks me to no end. GAH. Sometimes I wish I had one of those loud speakers like policemen have So I could tell these morons just how freaking stupid they are. And I'm sure most of you are thanking God that I don't have one :-) but still.
