Here's The Skinny
So it's my third day right and here's what I've learned. This division gets TONS more phone calls than DOT Purchasing ever did. My supervisor is all about micro-managing...guess that was something I wasn't going to escape, every office has one. The maintenance guy is also the safety man and absolutely hilarious, he's like me...not afraid to tell the truth straight up. If I have any questions about how it REALLY is up here...he's the guy I plan to ask. I have NEVER seen so much dirt and poo in all my life. The three labs in this building are way awesome and I wish I knew what the heck they were talking about down there.
Overall this place is great! I'm still loving it...I'll give it till the end of the week before I make a final decision on that because it took about a week to decide DOT sucked. I doubt I'll form that opinion here.

Have you ever heard the expression, "The grass is always greener on the other side?" Funny story, one day I was talking to a friend and she used that expression... kind of. She said, "The grass is always greener on the other side, but it is also fertiized witha lot of B.S." It made me laugh. IF (which I hope it doesn't) the job starts to suck -- I think that probably would apply pretty well! :)
