Project Revamp
So, the time has come to get radical. Summer is on it's way in and I see no better reason to start to work harder at improving my physical self than the fact that I live in a beach town where 90% of the population walks around all fit and tan. Don't misunderstand...the goals I have for physical improvement are not fleeting things that are easily influenced by how those around me see me, it's actually something that I need to do for myself and the physical appearance of everyone around me really helps remind me of that daily.
As you all know I've been trying to lose weight frequently and lately I've been failing hard. So, I am beginning project Revamp Ariel. It's a process that starts with my teeth, HAHA! I ordered a teeth whitening kit from one of those expensive reputable companies but I got it from my favorite discount site Hautelook. Anyway I'm using it twice daily as instructed for two weeks to see if it improves my normally dingy looking chompers. The next step is to Deflate and then working on making my hair thicker, shinier and prettier in general and the last step in this process is to keep it all up to standard. That is the hardest part and it's definitely a lifestyle change. Luckily I've been working on changing that lifestyle part of things for a while now so hopefully things will go my way this time.
Diet day one starts Saturday and the exercise regimen will be restarted a week later, Hair improvement will include using Nioxin for thicker fuller hair as well as taking prenatal vitamins that all my pregnant and non-pregnant friends alike tout as being a cure all for wimpy nails and hair, and then I already talked about the teeth thing. So here we go... I'm ramping things up to full blast now!
