Derby Weekend
I am absolutely sad about the fact that I am so broke I have no way to throw the Kentucky Derby Party that Linda and I planned to have this year :-(
I wanted to buy a BIG 'ol hat and deocrate it up with bows and ribbon and feathers and all kinds of fun stuff! And I wanted to buy a new spring dress to wear and drink non-alcoholic mint Juleps! I so hate being broke! It really cuts into the fun you can have! Oh well maybe I'll throw on a dress I already have and dig out a hat from the GoodWill store and watch the race at home while munching on crackers and cheese LOL.
Maybe next year I'll throw that amazingly awesome party...hopefully.
