Dear Blog...
Please forgive me...I am an epic failure.
I apologize for my long term absence and preemptively apologize for any future absence...It's been a long road and it's getting bumpier. For the last few months I have been applying for any and every job I can find in Wilmington because that is where my destiny lies, even if the employers of Wilmington don't believe so. I have yet to get a job offer but I did have 1 interview and 1 request for an interview that was shortly followed by a call saying haha just kidding we filled the position in the 2 hours it took us to call you back. Jerks. Anyway, I've applied to everything from Office Assistants to Dog Washer at PetSmart. I'm getting pretty desperate.
I am still trying to find a good home for my dearest and sweetest pups Freckles and Daisy and that has been very hard. I cried the whole way home from Wilmington the other night because I couldn't stop thinking about how much I'm going to miss my sweet girls. It's been a very hard few months and making that decision to find them a better home with someone who can better afford to care for them, well it hasn't gotten to be any easier. I did, however, get them to the Dog Days of June at Bond Park last Saturday morning where they had a Rabies Clinic and I got them both vaccinated as well as micro-chipped. So again, if any of you dear readers need/want a dog or know someone else who might, please contact me asap.
In other news...trying to get an apartment without a job is ruff stuff. No one will hire you without a place and no place will allow you to sign a contract (minus a co-signer) without a job in the area. I am suffering sideways and losing time. Pray for me cause I'm not quite sure what I'll do if my lease runs out and I haven't made it to my destination. It'll be dooms day for sure.
