Kicking My Butt

Saturday kicked off workout week 3! I'm so proud of myself! It's only been a full two weeks so I don't see anything different but I do FEEL good. So that helps. To quote one of my favorite feel good movies, Legally Blonde:  "Exercise gives you endorphins--endorphins make people happy."

I'm trying to keep a positive perspective now. I don't want depression to overwhelm me every day...I can feel it ebbing into life and I want to kick it out...So, whenever I feel depressed, I'm going to stop thinking and start lifting. It wont be long now before the results will be visible and amazing.
