So Tired I Just Can't Sleep
Occasionally it happens. So I will use this time to say how happy I am that I can see my ankles again! And the fact that my feet look a lot less like big fat doughy yeast rolls. I'm down to 165 as of yesterday. I can tell my stomach is getting smaller, it's not where I want to be but it's well on it's way. My arms are still freaking pudgy as hell and I still have some fat rolls in inappropriate places on my back but they're shrinking slowly. Depending on where I land at the end of this and how close I come to meeting my goal, I'm probably going to do what they call phase three or the Stabilization phase, which is three weeks of still eating no sugars and starches or any of that super refined fatty stuff but eating larger portions of meats and veggies and fruits and adding back healthy fats and oils, and then after that I'll probably go right back into the diet again. I'm undecided on if I'm going to do 23 days or another 43...I guess I kinda have to wait and see where this round leaves me. I'm hoping to make it to 140 if I do make it to 140 I'll do the diet for the shorter 23 days and kick that last 10 or 15 lbs away. My overall goal is to lose to 125 or 130 and maintain. At my height they claim 120 is normal but I feel like the 25-30 range fits me better. Plus I plan to build some muscle and get some sexy trimmed abs.
