Still Hanging In There

I'm struggling with the daily workouts mostly because I get really super motivated one day and feel nothing but exhausted the next. I need some kind of normal schedule but it's hard to do when you work from home half the day and only get 3 maybe 4 days scheduled at the other job. I'm still working on it though, hopefully soon I'll have myself up by 8 and in bed before midnight on a regular basis.

In the meantime... I am eating as healthy as I possibly can on a daily basis. I went 2 full weeks without having a single soda, couldn't be more proud of myself. And then as a treat to myself I tried the new Dr. Pepper Ten. It tastes exactly like Diet Dr. Pepper to me and I'm not a fan of the diet drinks but it was pretty good, I guess since I haven't had a soda in a while there wasn't that lingering regular flavored soda on my mind so the diet just kinda tasted meh instead of UGH. And as far as food goes, the one time I ate fast food was a Wendy's Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad with Grilled chicken on it...soooooo good! And I'd have to say the decision to try baking the Doughnut muffins wasn't coming from a healthy place but I've been trying to pace myself and not eat them all at once :-) Unfortunately, JUST eating right has done absolutely nothing for my weight. I'm still sitting pretty in the 170's and hoping to see it drop soon. The biggest thing is that I understand that it takes time, patience, and a willingness to change your lifestyle. So I'm still hanging on and hopefully I'll start to see some good changes.
