Don't Stop
I am ashamed to say I went off track but no worries I'm diving back in head first, sort of anyway. It's been a rough start to the new year but a good start. I am back to fully functioning and feeling ambitious. I have discovered a plethora of healthy as well as un-healthy recipes I really want to try on Pinterest.com oh what a lovely place it is.
Short but sweet version: the workouts are slowly coming back up to pace and my healthy eating habits seem to be back on track. Dinner tonight? A deliciously healthy combo meal from McAriel's House ;-)
Mango Lime seasoned Tilapia on a very small bed of rice, green beans, asparagus, tomato salad with lite honey mustard dressing, strawberries and a bottle of Crystal Light lemonade. I think I know where I fell off the wagon last month is that I bombarded myself with health and this time I'm going to try easing back into it (well not exactly diving head first like I said before but it works). Dinner is my uber healthy meal of the day and lunch has been a light sandwich or a Salad from Wendy's and I'm still trying to get up early enough to actually eat breakfast. Sleep is the biggest thing I'm struggling with right now and hopefully that will get back to normal. I've been sitting around a lot knowing I could get up and work out but not having the energy for it. So I'm going to start Volunteering soon at the Aquarium to take up some of that idle time and then I might feel more motivated to sleep early and get up early and get back into a normal human routine.
